Does anyone know where I can get an INFINITI M37 Windshield Washer Reservoir Tank Cap?
or
Does anyone know if any other model Infiniti cap would fit?

The cap comes with the filler neck. Part number 28915-1MA0A, not cheap but they are still available. You might just try the nearest U-Pullit, Nissan only uses a couple of cap styles and chances are the caps from a lot of other models will fit.
