Infiniti M35x Radio clicking noise

Car: I am hearing a ticking noise in my radio seemigly coming from the screen when start my vehicle. it stops after about 10 seconds but it has just started doing this.

My vehicle just started suddenly making this clicking noise in my radio and it seems to be coming from behind the screen. it last for about 5-8 seconds after starting the car. The radio still plays. I do have some CDs stuck in the changer that won't come out but I don't think that is where the noise is coming from. Please HelP me someone???

I would think that's exactly where the sound is coming from - since the car typically tries to load the CDs at startup... unless the CDs have been stuck for way longer than the sound has been audible?

What year is your car?
