Would like to snag the leather interior and maybe some other parts from one of these and was wondering how close they are to the 240SX 'vert?

They look really similar.

never seen any pics from the M30 vert, but I can guarantee that the seats won't work. The S13 chassis has such an odd floorpan design that unless you use an S chassis seat, or custom made to fit brackets, things ain't gonna fit right.

it looks like it could work, the driver side does have the floor hump. But, as with the GT-R seats, one or two of the mounting holes might not line up, necessitating some drilling and welding

The 240sx has more in common with the Z32 300ZX, the M30 shares most of its driveline and suspention with the Z31 300ZX. Looks incredibly similar, but is a totally different platform. Part of the reason nissan almost went out of buisness in the 90's was having too many different non-related chassies and engines in production at once.
