infiniti m30 parts compatible with s13?

There is a M30 at a local yard thats clean and has lots of good parts on it I wondered if the gas tank is the same and just for $#!+$ and giggles would the dash work it CLASSY mines trashy....

Don't know of anything that directly swaps, maybe others have tried something.
