infiniti j30 ticking

i have been to the dealer but i swear they see me coming. I have a constant ticking exactly like the turn signal sound even when i dont use the turn signal can someone maybe help me with this before i auction the house to pay for diagnosis.

can you tell if its coming from the engine? does it get worse when you revv the engine, ie does it vary directly with engine spee.d

its coming from the dashboard only it literally is the ticking of the blinker sound just the blinker is not on. nothing at all with the engine

the one-size-fits-all solution: punch the dashboard a few times.
