Is this the I35 or the G35? I'm not sure if the problem ran in both lines, but I only recall hearing about it in the G series...

I don't know if the schematics are really laid out or not anywhere. These people may be able to help you with repair: http://www.shortcircuitrepair.com/

I really never had an issue with my 2k2 Bose system that I didn't cause myself :)

Maybe. I always thought that was a audio-path only issue. Of course, without a detailed pinout you can't tell.

ok, i have manual for this radio and i could see that the back-up for cd is the same to amp and radio pins.It is beside a ground in ribbon cd connectors , so there is big probabilities that it couse the drain too. I will work on it .

Do you have any aftermarket accessories (i.e. fog lights) installed?

ok problem with radio just fixed.. know battery drain is "".090""ampere this is 90 milliamp infiniti dealer told me that in my car this is normal.
but i think that this is a little high too.. for 60 amp/h battery .how manny hours will it need to be discharged?? I traced it to fuse #13 that goes to bcm or smart entrance control unit ""secu"" disconneted plugs one by one. there is three plugs (bcm side) first #m143 , then #m144, same drain, when put out #m145 drain disapered.. #145 plug pin number bcm side goes from pin #49 to pin #64 close to be fixed.
may be secu itself... any help will be apreciated

to totally discharge 60 amps at .09 amp/hours it would take 666 hours {28 days}....of course, the engine would not start at that point- cut it roughly in half to 14 days and there should be enough amps remaining that the engine should still start. If you regularly leave car undriven for 14 day time periods, a small float battery charger would be a good thing to leave connected to the battery.Battery Tender, Battery Minder, or C-Tek all would be ideal chargers/maintainers in this case.
