Infiniti I30 shutters and turns over, but won't start.

I am having a problem with my Infiniti I30. It will turn over and shutter, but will not start up. The battery is charged and the gas tank is 3/4 full.

The video below is how the car is acting at the present time. We did go through a weather change from close to 10 degrees to 40 degrees in the last few days since the last time that the car was started. The car didn't have power issues leading up to to this, nor were there flickering of any electrical components.

Any help or suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

Any check engine lights. Possible to put a code reader on there and see?
