Infiniti I30-no sound

I just bought a 2000 Infiniti I30 t with the original radio. The head unit turns on and I can change the station and move from AM to FM to CD with no problem. It shows a CD as playing. However, there is no sound at all from any of the speakers.

I hope that this is an easy problem like a fuse. WHen I turn the radio off I can hear a click but that is it. Any ideas?

Check the fuses first. If that is not it, pull the radio out, and check to make sure all the wires and connections are good. oh, and did you try turning it up?

Is it Bose or the non-Bose system?
