Because it screwed the resale of the other Gs. But thats life i guess. And helps people buy older models of Gs for cheaper. But I still shake my hand at my monthly payment when i see how cheap my car is being sold for now.

I hope not too bad.

I saw my Sedan going for about 20k... That isn't bad since i have had it almost a year and paid 22k

Yeah seriously. Go compare your depreciation to a FURD, Hyundai...etc and I think you'll realize you're not doing too bad.

I think I owe just about what mine is worth or slightly less.

always buy used! my plan is to buy an 07-08 sedan in a couple of years (unless another car sweeps me off my feet)

only positive in buying a new one is you get to choose the package(s) you want

Any financial sound person should owe much much less than what their car is worth at anytime or pay it off. You don't need a six figure salary or multiple jobs to do so. Just budget, save, and stay focused. If one can't budget, save, and stay focused, then they ought to be driving a Kia Spectra.

2003 - average $16,521.. high $20,900.. low $11,590

2004 - average $18,973.. high $23,500.. low $13,995

2005 - average $21,100.. high $29,900.. low n/a

2006 - average $24,750.. high $37,450.. low $19,995

2007 - average $31,275.. high $40,300.. low $22,000

My GF's father sold his '03 doggy door G sedan that was fully loaded except for Navi for only $13,750
