I think he was referring to how the swapped motor would be out of a different platform. I suppose there is a turbo Primera motor, but I hardly ever see them, and I bet he's using a Bluebird or other B chassis motor anyway.
To answer the question related to all of that: Regardless of platform, pre-made downpipes are basically non existent for turbo FWD SRs imported to the USDM market. The specs of a dp for a G20 shouldn't be much different than those of a Sentra/200SX/NX anyway, so if you happened upon a pre-fabbed B chassis dp, it'd probably take little modification to match it up with your G20.
For simplicity's sake, take it to an exhaust shop and have them order whatever bends they need.
