Infiniti g20 a/c problems. HELP!!!

I have a 1999 infiniti G20 and its been doing this and I can't figure out how to fix it through any posts.
The Ac will work just fine with ice cold air or nice hot air but the problem is that at 65 its ice cold and when I turn it just to 66 its blazing hot?
Another thing is after having it run fir about an hour of being on the road it will start making a loud roaring noise and will stop blowing and if its on cold a pipe drips cold water under the passenger air bag.
What do i need to check or replace to get both of these problems fixed????
