Infiniti FX35 engine swap

Hello,
I am going to buy Infiniti FX35 '03 with broken engine (bottom end). I was told that if I put another engine from FX35 it might not start because the other computers (ignition, transmission, security modules, etc) won't recognize the new engine and they may need to be recoded. Is there some truth in that statement

Yea man in away i suppose just ask your local dealer and act like your going to buy the motor from them..

If you replace the engine with an exact replacement you should be fine.
