Hello everybody

I got problem with my infiniti FX35 2004 SESlight. Code is P1446
evap vent. control valve.
But I replace nearly everything possible, made a smoke test,
gas cap is ok, vent valve itself working and generally
all ok.
Later they found out that computer ECU giving the falt itself.
not giving proper signal to valve.
and noted that it was exchanged previously.
Can it be associated with emission standart CA
and all other states. for example non CA emission ECU
to CA emission complying car or vice versa?
