Infiniti Elite warranty doesn't cover service bulletins???

Hello,

My car is at the dealer for an problem with a heat shield rattling under acceleration. My service manager called to say my warranty which is infiniti elite doesn't cover it. Has anyone had this problem.

Hmmm ... time for a call to Infiniti Consumer Affairs and get them involved. The number is 800-662-6200 - wait for the option to talk to a Consumer Affairs rep and ask for help (I think it is button 7, but do listen for it).

Just called, the lady took my info to a warranty coordinator. They said I should hear back by EOD.

BTW, I forgot to mention that you should have your VIN handy when you call, so that they can identify you. Sorry about that!

I had the same problem, the shield below the motor fell down and got dragged and damage. I had to pay for it to be replace which turned out to be like $400. So hope this works for you, cause if it does im calling the same chick you did and will see if i can get my money back!!!
