My nearest Infiniti dealer is a little more than 100 miles from where I live. I went there today to have the 3G upgrade installed in my 2015 Q70L. My appointment was at 12 noon. While I waited they made gourmet coffee and freshly baked cookies available. The waiting room had the biggest HD TV I've ever seen. Then I saw something I've never seen in a dealership waiting area. They had an eatery and a person was making burgers and sandwiches made to order! A couple sitting next to me was eating a giant BLT sandwich! It felt more like an airport lounge for first-class passengers rather than a dealership waiting room!

Then came even more impressive customer service. I had waited several hours and they had not started on my car. Therefore they put me in a brand-spanking-new 2018 QX60 as a loaner. I quickly stated I live very far. They said no problem. We will bring your car to you and pick-up the loaner! This dealership is making think I will never ever buy any other car except an Infiniti! All staff were happy and smiling and just plain nice. A wonderful experience.

BTW while the 2018 QX60 rides exceptionally well, I actually like my 2015 Q70L better. My car's handling was better and while they both absorbed the the bumps well, mine absorbed slightly more comfortably. My car also feels more like a solid riding vehicle than the QX60.

They certainly make the drive well worth it. Since I will be using synthetic oil, I believe I will drive there for oil changes.

Under the INFINITI Connection section at this link, you will find your answer. Not all cars needed an upgrade but mine did.

Awesome. As much as I like to call out bad service, I give credit where it's due.
It reminds me of my experience with Willis Infiniti of Des Moines, IA.

This was 2015 or 2016, and it was for my 2003 M45. I had the car towed there with a list of services required. The service advisor called me and we discussed the tasks (we dropped one because it wasn't going to be of much value to me :dblthumb: ). Good communication, fair pricing and they honored my request to use my own transmission fluid. They also did a multipoint inspection and washed the car... while I sat at home drinking instant coffee and store-bought cookies, so I lost on the experience a little there :gapteeth: .
I was in no rush and asked them to work it into their schedule where convenient, and I suppose that helped too.
2 days later, they drove the car over an hour to me. It is honestly some of the best customer service I have had without having any face-to-face interaction.

If I ever made it that way again, I'd definitely be a repeat customer.
...maybe I should also mention it is the only Infiniti dealership in Iowa. Oh, how I miss the state.

Modern Infiniti here in Winston-Salem, NC pretty much mirrors what emanon posted, except for making the sandwiches. If they do, I've never been there to partake of it. I always get a loaner so no worries about transportation. They did my timing chain recall on a spur of the moment decision to take my car in when it started running rough on the way home from work. No loaner was available at the time, so the service advisor let me use her Q70L on the spot. I thought that was pretty cool of her to do that. I know some folks had bad experiences with that particular job, but mine was first class. No leaks, missing parts, damage, etc, whole engine bay was wiped down no fingerprints, car washed and vacuumed. Only issue I had is they can't (or don't have the capability to) balance tires LOL. When I first bought my car the tires were out of balance. They tried but couldn't quite get it right. Went to another Infiniti dealership in Greensboro, same thing. They didn't charge me for trying though. Ended up going to Meineke and they dialed it in with a road force machine.
