Awesome. As much as I like to call out bad service, I give credit where it's due.
It reminds me of my experience with Willis Infiniti of Des Moines, IA.
This was 2015 or 2016, and it was for my 2003 M45. I had the car towed there with a list of services required. The service advisor called me and we discussed the tasks (we dropped one because it wasn't going to be of much value to me

). Good communication, fair pricing and they honored my request to use my own transmission fluid. They also did a multipoint inspection and washed the car... while I sat at home drinking instant coffee and store-bought cookies, so I lost on the experience a little there

.
I was in no rush and asked them to work it into their schedule where convenient, and I suppose that helped too.
2 days later, they drove the car over an hour to me. It is honestly some of the best customer service I have had without having any face-to-face interaction.
If I ever made it that way again, I'd definitely be a repeat customer.
...maybe I should also mention it is the only Infiniti dealership in Iowa. Oh, how I miss the state.
