So here I am again, After searching and finding nothing.
What parts from the G/Z bolt up to the M, I know G sedan & coupe guys used Z mids Y, suspension springs coils 99% of engine parts. Are the part numbers the same? Can the M35 use the G/Z exhaust bolt ons headers on back. Are the suspension parts the same size on the G35X, All G Sedan references AWD & RWD are 1-1.5 gen 03-06. Coupe 03-07. Z 03-07. All before the VQ36 engine was installed. Ofcourse also the Engine ref are for the M35 and suspension is across to M35/45 unless its a M45X then that is included as well.

Here are my thoughts:
1) Headers, Cats, and Y Pipe will work (AWD Y-Pipe is different - Y-pipes from AWD can be used on AWD model and possibly RWD model, but RWD Y-Pipe will not work on AWD). I use 350z Y-Pipe on my FX35 RWD and stock Y pipes look exactly the same between 06 FX35 RWD. and 08 M35 RWD.
2) Mid-pipes will definitely not work. Mid Pipes on FX/G/350Z is very similar except length. Mid-pipes on M looks different probably due to 2 canister design.
3) All VQ35DE can use the same engine parts across all platforms (plenum spacer, upper plenum etc.). Short ram intakes from G35/350z will probably work based on same part numbers advertised by Fujita (if someone can confirm) on M35 with VQ35DE (up to 08). Short ram intakes from G35/350z will not work on FX35 platform because they are too short. It looks like FX35 intakes will be a better fit for the M based on my measurements. I haven't had the time to take off my FX35 intake and place it on my M35. M35 engine bay is about the same size as the FX, length-wise where as G/Z are shorter and more compact.
4) Suspension parts probably will fit but probably won't function right. Not sure in this arena.
5) Suspension braces (GT-Spec). I will try to get around test fitting my FX35 bars on the M. I have front lower tie bar, and 2 rear braces I have yet to test fit them on the M. Not sure if the suspension design is the same. Strut tower brace from FX definitely won't work.

Here is my contribution I own both FX35 and M35 so I can easily compare them side by side.
