lol.... about three months ago, dealer told me you are covered under warranty and you need to get your TCM replaced. Since they replaced my TCM, my car has downshifting problem ( you feel someone pushes you from behind when speed is between 20-40 OR a shutter/hardshifting when comes to a stop )

Had 5 appointments with the dealer and finally decided to make a compliant to Infiniti Canada. I really hope they can help because there is only 1 dealer in Atlantic Canada,,,,,, they called me back today and guess what ....

Infiniti Canada told me the way you transmission shifts is normal and that is how it is designed ！

My wife has a 2006 lexus and the transmission shifts like a butterrrrrrrr ... I never heard about people say only good transmission has harsh downshifting...
