Hey guys been a while since i posted here,

Question is has anyone ever installed Nissan / Infiniti Sport calipers on the 2ng Gen or maybe even 1st Gen ?

I haven't and probably not everyone here has. I mean, like not everyone is going 100+ MPH in a Rogue everyday to need sport calipers, but you should give it a try and report back to us.

It's been done- I have plans to install mine as well- AKEBONO...trying to find the rotors now, late summer project. Check youtube for the videos on what it is needed. Let's see if you beat me to it- then we will compare . I'll submit photos If I can figure out how to upload again. I'm also on the Nissan Rogue worldwide forum on FB- You can see all my mods there-

Completed by BBK project this summer. G37 rotors and Akebono Calipers. Took some work ...spacers....longer lugs...special banjo bolts. Don't know how to upload photos anymore but you can see my ride on my instagram @rog_ue2 . Pictures of on 17.5 and my 08.

Well looks like mine will go on this summer, they been sitting in store for over a year now
@trokita so do you have the parts number Rotors ?.
And i guess the Calipers are the same Akebono for G37 , Q60, Q60 and 370Z

and whats the offset of your wheels and how much spacers did you add?

thanks

Duralast 44618 DG and 44619 DG and pads . Used a modified 5mm spacer (a 3mm would prolly work ?) behind the rotors. Cut heat shields, used Eight prince 15mm spacers. Hub specific 66.1. They are generic and center can be middle hub can be replaced if needed for other applications, Evasive Motorsports carries them. Z1 motorsports supplied the smaller banjo bolts. The Work wheels I have (had) were +38 in front and +43 in back. The factory wheels WILL fit but need the 15mm spacer. Factory wheels are +40. Good Luck - only seen 2 others with them-

What kind of spacers did you use behind the Rotors and why did you have to use them?
The banjo bolts are just Akebono calipers banjo bolts?

My summer wheels are +28 so i'll need less spacer there.

Well the spacer behind the front rotors is needed because unlike the Sedan brake set up (maxima/altima/infinty sedans) the calipers do not line up between the rotors. The backs will bolt and line up no problem. You don't actually even need a spacers back there but depends on your wheels. i found this out from experience and then watching a Youtube video of a guy that put Akebonos on a Juke. Yes the banjo bolts are the Akebono ones- factory. I only mention it because its a showstopper if you trying to re-use the Rogue ones (longer). The only other little snag is the rear e brake. Make sure you grind the rear inner rotors out( all the paint) it seems too hot and melt onto the e brakes that caused a noise. Thank me for that one- I wasted couple hundred figuring that out.

So my calipers and front rotors are good
but seems like the 2016 370Z have different rear rotors, so i might have to get like a 2013 G37 OR 2013 370Z Rear rotors
5mm Spacer for the front rotors and 4 BANJO bolts

after that well will have to check the wheel clearance.
Who are the two other with akebono calipers on?
Well Thanks

Get 2017 Nissan 370z Nismo rotors 14 inch or equivalent. Also the rears do not require a spacer behind the rotor. I only used a 15mm spacer to even out the difference of the wheels front and rear....

That is pretty, so beautiful and clean looking. I entertained an idea of getting spacers as long as they were hubcentric, but then I saw some on EBAY costing $999, then I said no way, I'm good. I already spent hefty bucks on my wheels and tires as my last big expenditure for my old rogue. If they were more affordable, I might've.

So yah, just a fleeting thought for a hot second.

I need to look at the Calipers see if i can machine that extra 5mm at Work.
depends if it wont cause structural stress.

even though its mostly for look purpose, still need to work 200%
Thanks for Everything
