Infiniti blower resistor

The blower motor resistor in my 1994 Infiniti G20has gone south and the blower will only operate on high. To replace it, where do I look to find the blower motor resistor? Is it inside the passenger compartment or the engine compartment?

Check out G20.net. Search for blower motor resistor. They have it there (mine died and I found the write-up). Also, everythingg20. com (I believe, they're a sponsor here also) has it but it's difficult to find through there search function. The part is only $10 or so.

THe blower resistor is up behind the glove box. Two screws hold it in place and wiring harness.

What is a "blower resistor?" I also have a 1994 G20, and the a/c only works on the high setting. Is this blower resistor related to this problem?
