How many dresses and pairs of shoes does a wife or girlfriend have to give up so the significant other can afford a brand new G?

If we assume a new G costs $40,000 then

Dresses (A) + shoes (B) then becomes

40,000_______ = X

A + B

Is it then possible that one will do or do the guys require more than one wife + gf in order to be able to afford a new G?
