Infinit I30 rear wheel hub studs (lugs)

First time poster here.

I have a 2000 Infiniti I30. This weekend I got new tires on it and the tech discovered that one of the lug nuts on the right rear wheel hub was cross threaded. In order to get the nut off the stud the mechanic had to break the stud.

What I wanted to know is does anyone know where I can obtain studs/lugs to replace the one that is now broken.

Anyone know? Or am I going to have to buy a whole new wheel hub?

Usually one gets oem replacement parts at the dealer. Since I30 and Maxima are drive train identical any Nissan dealer.

They should be available individually.
