So personally I love both of them, ID3 is soo JDM but OR2 is soo much fun. I cant stand playing all the other s*** racing games that are in arcades today, I honestly walk in look for one of the two and leave if I don’t see them. They are both kind of hard to find in my area (upper east coast) I have only ever found two ID3's up here, I spent a good amount of time in Texas and only saw one OR2 and it didn’t even work  I really hit the jackpot in Florida when I went to Disney literally every arcade had an OR2 or OR2 SP.

As far as the game itself you cant beat the car selection in ID3 or the customization of the levels but OR2 is in my opinion a lot more fun to play overall and maybe somewhat easier with way better graphics. But lack of any type of story line like ID3 has. I can’t really see the purpose for the story line ha-ha seeing as usually you aren’t going to sit in the arcade and play threw the entire game...or are you?

Anyways what do you think? Opinions? Post Scoreboard pics (with your username visible) no cheating.

I haven't seen an arcade in years, they are nearly extinct where I live.

Yeah when I was like 13, 14, 15 I couldnt turn my head and not see one.. now adays you really have to look for them :( a lot of malls dont even have them anymore, not to mention I'm 22 now so I usually feel like a creep going into an arcade full of kids and throughing down some mad drift skrillz.

god I miss arcades...

the closest we had around here was a Dave and Buster's that got flooded back in May...

it killed the 3 screen F355 Challenge machine!
