Indy/Putnam Park Meet 04-17/18

All right folks, it is official.

When: Saturday April 17th and Sunday April 18th

Where: Putnam Park (http://www.putnampark.com/direct.htm). Located 45 minutes west of Indianapolis.

What: NICO moderator Repoman (aka Andy) will be racing a 2004 Cadillac CTS-V in the Rites o' Spring Drivers School 2004 sponsored by the Hoosier BMW club. He will be driving the CTS-V for Lockhardt Cadillac.

What Time: Gates to Putnam Park will open up at 7:00am and there will be a drivers meeting at 7:45am both days. Racing will not start until after the meeting so you are safe to show up around 8:00am. The even should wrap up around 6:00pm. If the weather is nice, we can have a cook out at my place afterwards.

Cost: Fortunately for the spectators this event is free. There will be a snack bar open to serve snacks and drinks. As a spectator, you will have to sign a liability waiver.

I'll be there Sat. for sure, not sure about Sunday though, didn't ask for it off although I am due for a Sunday off...we'll see.

I came make it sat night. Are you guys going to do something later in the evening? I got drill, and won't be down to Indy until around 7:00pm. Let me know.

If we can get enough people, we can have a cook out at my (Lawrence) place after we are done at Putnam Park on Saturday.

Man I want to come but I won't be able to this weekend

because I am poor from Columbus this past weekend.

However I think the local VW Club is looking to do an event up there in the near future so I will likely come up with them to race and they are looking to keep prices down to like $65 per person. I'll let you guys know when it is if they get it together.

Another day at the track. By then you guys would probably be pretty bored, but Saturday should be cool. What's up with your new 240?
