This is a historical event. For the first time ever these cars are doin a road course, and they are doing it right here in norcal. These are the fastest indy cars out there. This is gonna be quite the race and I am going. The event is 3 days. The Big race is on sunday. Ticket info is below.

Indy car race at infineon raceway [Norcal/sonoma] 8/26-8/28
First of all I have never been to an indy car race before. All I can say is Hell YEA!! The sites and sounds of this type of race is nothing like watching it in that little box. Not even with surround sound....well If you had it so loud that the neighbors a half mile away were complaining you might come close. The bonus pit passes were awesome as well. Being behind pit row gives you a whole nother perceptive of the race. You also learn other little facts when your in the garage area. All the cars there run Infiniti power trains. Chev,mazda even HONDA all have the infiniti motor in them. Maybe some of you knew that already , I however was shocked to hear it. I also got to see a very unusual site for an indy car. Since this track is so hilly there are points they can go up the mountian side in the dirt. I saw my first indy car OFF ROAD runner ever. I took pictures there so I will be posting them later.
