Well, hook it up to the wires that's going into the dimmer switch. There should be a few wires in the switch. From the indiglo gauges, ground the ground wire and get a 12volt tester to test the wires that goes into the dimmer switch to see which ones light up (make sure you ground the tester to the chasis). Make sure you have your parking lights on first before testing the wires. Which ever wire lights up or triggers the 12 volt tester, use that wire as the positive terminal for the indiglo gauges and ur all set. Hope this helps.

There is only ONE line out from the dimmer... and that IS the "illumination" power source. Now I'm not going to tear apart my dash to give you a specific wire color.... but if memory serves correctly, there are only 2 wires in the dimmer switch.. one in one out... the dimmer just sets resistance..... either side will provide power... one will dim it... one won't. With indiglow gauges.. I would bypass the dimmer entirely... cut the dimmer out.. and splice your line into both wires..... done!

I have the reverse indiglow on my 95. It looks BAD ***!! here is what I did to install it. I tapped in to my dimmer switch. I just took the console out and that is it. then I just went and got 2 of those tappers form radio shack. and tapped the power into the power and black with the white line into the same. It was very easy. I just have one opinion for you. When you do it, put a few drops of super glue or some type of glue so the new face sticks good. I didn't do it the first time and my temp needle keeps sticking untill I tap my console and then it frees up. So i am going to have to take it out and glue it down. sorry if this was a long reply

OO... about where I got the reversew indiglow... I got it off Ebay for like $29 shipped to my house. was a great deal.. let me see if I can find the link where I got the install direcitons since it didn;t come with any...

Hey Black240, you say you got the reverse indiglow for your 95 240 from Ebay? Because the only ones I can find are for 240s before 1994. The only kind they have for 95 models and up are the standard indiglow. Someone please post a wesbite/link that these reverse indiglow gauges can be found for 1995 240sx. thanks
