INDIANAPOLIS - Gathering - MAR 6th

Ok, Indy.

We are going to have a little get together here on Saturday February 28th or Saturday March 6th. This should be plenty of time for those of you to request off work or make sure that you don't make plans.

I need to know which date works best for all of you. And what time works best.

I also need suggestions on where to meet. I know that distance, location and time are issues for Wes. So, please keep that in mind.

We haven't really been very good at getting these things together. So, lets try and get one where everyone will show up before the March 20th meet in KY.

I think a lot of it has to do with the weather..... If its really cold we're not gonna want to do anything outside..... However if its warm out Id be up for something like we did the last time, a little cookout or something along those lines..... For indoor things, we could do what you all normally do, or somtehing like bowling... Im just throwing out ideas!

Did you talk this over with someone else to come up with this date...? I dont think any of those are a big deal for me... I also wouldnt mind doing a smaller shin-dig a little earlier......

I have to work the 28th until 6, but am probably free after that. I have no way around not working that day. I'm off March 6th.

I am out of town part of if not all of the next 2 or 3 weekends. Those were the two weekends that worked for me. The 6th sounds good to me.

And, Wes, if you want to do something sooner, go ahead and get it going. I doubt I will be able to attend, but others might be able to.

I guess I cant say just yet on either of those dates... I dont plan that far in advance, but I certainly dont forsee anything that I couldnt get out of

As you recall, evening shindigs arent good for me (for many reasons, not just my parents).... However if thats whats works better I dont want you guys to plan otherwise because of me....

Now, we need to pic a time and place that is conducive to everyone's schedule. The earlier the better for Wes.

Suggestions? I think that bowling was mentioned earlier. Come on and throw out the ideas people. There isn't a stupid suggestion. Well, I take that back. There are stupid suggestions, but as long as you don't mind being made fun of, go ahead and throw those out there too.

Like I said, if we have good weather, we might be able to do a little outdoor shindig like we did in indy last time (that was a long time ago).... I know there are more indy-ish people around but they dont visit the meet section!!
