So a while ago, I installed some LED strips onto my front bumper. I tapped into the parking light wires, so they are only on when the the parking lights are on. Not a big deal, but I thought it would be nice if they could have their own on/off. Like they turn on when the car is on. Is this possible to do without too much trouble? If not, that's fine too, just curious.

Absolutely, you just have to find a circuit in the fuse block that operates in that way and tap into it. Off the top of my head, the 12V power source in the cubby under the radio is hot only when the car is on. Find that circuit in the fuse block and tap it.
