InDash Nav - might be buying a murano

We just had a baby and because of the addition to the family we are contemplating upgrading from my small sporty car to a Nissan Murano, and had a few questions.

If I buy a model that does not have Navigation Built-In is it possible to swap or add parts from another Murano to add that feature? Are there any aftermarket indash nav/dvd units that you folks are using in the Murano and would recommend?

I haven't heard anyone doing this with the '09 models but with the previous generation ('03 - '07) there are some posts on it.
