Increasing horsepower in 2003 q45

is there anyway to increase the performance of my 03 Q, I have had it two years and come from a 90 Q, and am disapointed in the power, any easy fix, many thanks,

03q, if operating to factory spec. should be slightly quicker than 90qI would start with making sure plugs/filters/etc are fresh and timing set correctly.Pay dealer to run consult to check all engine operating parameters,and proceed from there.

thanks for the info, I will do that, actually, I was wondering if there are any mild after market modifications that could be done cheaply, like improving the air flow system, or changing the chip. Maybe it just isn't worth the bother, any many thanks again,

Maybe it just isn't worth the bother....

No chips except from Impul. Intake and exshaust is pretty free flowing as is.

Hello,Though not well respected around here, Jet offers a ECM mod. Short of turning off the speed governor, not really sure how much can be expected.Cheers,M.L
