Incorrect Spedo??? HELP!!

I just purchased an 04 Maxima SL. The speedo is off by almost 4mph while traveling 70 miles per hour. I have triple checked it against 3 different GPS units. The tires are stock dimension. I am clueless...any ideas???? Thank you.

You can take it to the dealer and see if they can recalibrate it, but most manufacturers consider +/- 5mph to be within an acceptable margin.

Thank you for the reply. It was off on the slower side, so it may save me a few speeding tickets. Will it effect my odometer reading? more or less miles?
