Trying to read this is very confusing and straining to the eyes...SUB ZERO CAR FANATIC wrote:Hello everybody! I thought i had my transmission issue resolved, however..... thats not completely true! I got the transmission cooling linesall straightened out and on correctly. We thought the heat exchanger inletsand outlets in the radiator might be affecting the flow of transmission fluid, luckilythat wasnt true. I could blow through all 4 rubber lines connected to theradiator and air would exit out opposite end( if i blew in top right trannyline that goes in to radiator it would come out bottom right transmission line onradiator, if i blow in top left transmission line going to radiator it comes out bottom left transmission line on radiator) so in other words the heat exchangeris not plugged up so transmission fluid is flowing through cooler like it should. I disconnected both hard lines coming directly off transmission to check and see which line was the output line(which was the line coming outof the passenger side of the transmission) fluid was flowing good so i knowoutput is fine. Return line is fine and functioning properly as well, so this rules out transmission cooler not working, plugged input or output line fromtransmission is ruled out, transmission over filled is ruled out, so why is itwhen i check car after transmission is hot and car is idling in park fluid shows to be maybe.......1/2 quart low possibly 1 quart at very most, and the fluid finally quit boiling out when trying to check dipstick after car was turned offso i assumed problem solved. Well........ i went to check the fluid level aftercar had been sitting in below freezing weather for a couple of days, well when i pulled dipstick out of transmission fill tube, fluid overflowed from fill tube,so i sucked out enough fluid that fill tube was not full of fluid anymore, a couple days went by and i went out to check fluid level again, this time when i pulled it out it did not overflow but the transmission fill tube was full oftranny fluid again!! This is very confusing, there are no messages displayedabout transmission malfunction, engine light or nothing. The motor runs wellwith the exception that the idle flucuates up and down up and down. The trans mission seems to shift fine and smooth, i havent had car past 40mph since new motor and transmission install because i havent had it on the highway yet just around the block where i live. no plates or tags yet!where do you buy the BG 44 AT AND HOW MUCH IS IT? I pay $8 a quartfor mobil 1 synthetic here if thats any clue for price comparison. I know this topic has been ongoing for a while and i appreciate everyoneshelp and insight between us all here maybe someone has seen this problem before if not maybe we can figure it out to gether. Brian you stand correct about the output line on transmission my friend, thanks for your help, much appreciated!! help me lick this problem guys!! thanks again SUBZEROCARFANATIC

Is traffic bad in Alaska? How much of a chance is there that you'll get in serious trouble for driving the Q around to test?
Just wondering.
