Ideal Republican plan:
Line 1: Gross income for tax year XXXX : ________________________
Line 2: If line 1 is less than $1,000,000, enter 0
If line 1 is more than $1,000,000, enter
the amount on line 1 ________________________
Line 3: Subtract Line 2 from Line 1. This is the
your tax for year XXXX ________________________

If your tax amount is 0, congratulations. We will be sending you a refund check
based on how much we collect from those poor suckers who allowed Republicans
to control all three branches of the federal government.

Ideal Democratic plan:
Line 1: Gross income for tax year XXXX ________________________
Line 2: If Line 1 is less than $100,000, enter 0
If Line 1 is more than $100,000,subtract
$100,000 from the amount on line 1 and
enter that figure _________________________
The amount on Line 2 is the amount you owe.

Both parties suck.
