In search of loom plug clips

My harness seems to be missing almost all of the little metal clips that hold the connectors to different parts (CAS, AFM, injectors, etc). Some plugs fit up nice and snug, while others are extremely loose. Where can I get some more of these little bastards? Also, the little rubber rings that go inside of these plugs are missing too, how important is it that I have those in there?

I just go to the j-yard and take them off other nissansthrow them in my pocket and walk out

The rubber seals are just to keep water out, so it doesn't short anything out.
