In search of a MAF adapter with a hose fitting on it around 15mm

Im looking for a MAF adapter that has a hose fitting on it so i can run the ventilation tubing to it and use a custom intake pipe. I have been searching all over buy cannot locate one and this would be very helpful for my build. If you know of one please direct me to it!
