My SR didn't come with a PS pump but I was informed that the one from my KA will work. I have a the KA24DE pump from my car but the pulley on it is completely different. I'm short on money at the moment so I can't just buy the Greddy pulley set, and I don't know what other cars I could get the pulley from.

:help Are there any USDM cars that I can snag the correct pulley from, or is there anyone here running lightened pulleys or no PS that could part with theirs? If so I'd really appreciate it. :help

Check Wayne at http://www.phase2motortrend.com and Ken at Enjuku racing, they sell some used parts and may have a Pu55y pump, i mean power steering pump laying around for sale. ; )

Well since there are no manual steering racks that I can find, I'm going to be keeping PS, sorry if you think thats a ***** thing to do. Power racks are different than manual racks and running them without the fluid isn't a good idea.

Here is my delima, I have no PS pump bracket, so I can't even mount a PS pump. Without a pump mounted, won't the fluid just pour out? If I manage to cap the lines, I will have a close loop system that will be harder to steer.

Also, I've noticed that the HKS, NX, and Yashio Factory still have their resevoirs at least and I think they may still have the pumps too. I'm going to assume they still work since the Signal 180's don't have even a resevoir. I can't see HKS keeping a resevoir but not having it used for anything.

Im missing the FRONT bracket for my power steering. I have everything except the little bracket that is held on by two bolts to the front of the PS pump.

Yes you can keep ps. The pump should come attached to the engine. Find a high pressure line that works and away you go.
