In need of help to locate a member from AL (Nismo_180sx)

Im pretty much a lurker in this forum and i know i only have 3 posts but been looking here for quite a while.

Ive purchased a s15 conversion fenders headlights and the s15 core support from Nismo_180sx about 2 1/2 months ago and he told me that he was going to be deployed in Iraq and promised to ship these items to me before hand. I got the headlights after two weeks from initial payment and called him about the other 2 items (fenders and core support) and he said it will be shipped since he was looking for a box to secure them. Weeks passed without any luck on getting a hold of him. I ultimately want half of the money that i paid for (1k) since im tired of waiting for something that isnt going to show up in my door.
