I'm not sure if I can 'build' one out of fittings (I believe it'd have to be 1/8" BSPT male, 90 degrees, and 12x1mm inverted flare female) but I'd like to get another stock one. I just went to a buddy's place to get one from him, and the damn thing broke off in the block when I tried to break it loose with a crescent wrench.

Anybody ever made their own? Who'd you go to and what all did you get?

And does anybody have a stock one they'd let me get?

Good luck with that. I broke mine off years ago, and after breaking 2 others off trying to remove them to replace mine, I ended up having to buy another fitting and run a flexible line.

Hmm... So heating up the block with a torch before trying to remove one of those 90 degree fitting might help? Maybe some PB Blaster too?

it's 'glued' with a resin, the same as the pipe on the rear diff pumpkin, when you have the stock oil cooler. It's brown or grey.

heat it would help....or not, never tried to remove that.

Can't imagine it would cost more than $50 for a new one. (Costs $60 at Nissan dealers here, and they are a ripoff.)
Not worth it?

If you build it yourself out of fittings, don't forget, that this part is also the 2mm (confirmation?) restrictor for the turbo oil feed.

Hey, just for everyone's info. I found out the stock oil feed fitting doesn't work for straight journal bearing turbo's (no water cooling). The oil flow is too low to cool the center section properly and the shaft of the turbo will be damaged. Luckily I caught it before I ruined my old HKS turbo. (I had installed an oil pressure gauge on the line because I though the turbo was running really hot.
