IN NEED OF A GOOD MECHANIC IN SAN ANTONIO, TX!!!

Hello, I'm going to be going to San Antonio (I live in Houston, TX) to look at a 97 240sx and I want to get the car taken to a mechanic before I buy it. It's a very modified turbo KA and I really need someone who knows there stuff. If anyone lives in the area or knows of a shop or someone that is very reputable please let me know. Thanks a lot guys.

theres not many people from san antonio here and i dont know of any one off hand but u can take it to speed elements on Perrin Beitel Rd its a local performance shop

The biggest concern with your post is that you are dealing with not just a modded engine, but a boosted stock engine.You would have a hard enough time finding someone knowledgeable enough for a check up on a stock car. The guys at Speed Elements at best are dumba$$es. They do nothing but rice and body kits.I would suggest a place called Alamo Rotary. Big into Mazda, RX7's in particular. Its been a while since I have seen anything from them. They are a full service shop, and familiar with what a turbo should and should not do. You may want to give them a call in advance, if anything they may at least point you in a better direction.

If you buy it you can bring it to humble when you get back and have me or halnfl look at it, he's got one sick s14. He's been turbo a long time, he bought a kit back around 99 from Duy and John that was pretty fast even back then. The kit he bought was the same exact kit that Chris May had, who do you think put it on.

alamo is pretty tight like he said they know **** they dont just do rotary but they got this sick *** fd but the thing is this isnt houston and we dont have many good shops here id like to see pics once u get it sounds tight how much are they asking
