I can't find anyone local and the guy who was going to have it made for me won't return my emails or IMs Ok, so all I need is someone to get a shop (or do it themselves) make a hotpipe that will fit a SMIC on a CA. I will (of course) provide enough $ to cover all expenses, including your time. I just need something simple. I don't really care about looks, just that it does its job. I will also provide a HKS SSQV flange in whatever metal the fabricator needs. If anyone could help me out, I would love you forever! Thanks guys!!

Forced performance in mckinney could probably make you one. Im going to have them doing my downpipe and a few other things.

I will be making hotpipes as soon as my mandrel bends arrive here I have a trust one I will be copying off of. It uses the first stock rubber piece off the turbo (45 or 90 degree bend, depending on what turbo you have) so it can be used with any SR or CA turbo... I will post pics as soon as I have them finished. Rico, if you want to send me the flange I can have it welded on there as well. Not sure on pricing yet, have to figure in all the costs first.

And while you're there, ***** at them to make bolt-on mitsu turbos! Or at least some turbos for the CA and SR.

What is our time frame Sean? I am pretty antsy to get a hotpipe, as I am just waiting for my couplings from Titan Motorsports to get here to get the cold pipe on.... freaking ordered them on the 18th of February.

They actually upgrade the SR T25 to a Big 28 or something. I don't see them having too many issues making one fit. It's the flange im guessing is the issue which isnt a huge issue either.

no clue... I just ordered 4 u-bends which should make 4 hotpipes. I'll have to talk with my neighbor (because he's the one doing the welding). As soon as I get the piping, it wouldn't be more than a day or two to get them welded (has the welder in his garage, so we can do it whenever) and I already have that Trust hotpipe I'm copying, so I don't need to measure dimensions or stuff like that. Of course I'll test fit it on my car to make sure everything fits well

The only thing that shops will do local is crush bend. There is no point having aftermarket IC piping if it is internally restrictive and causes turbulence. My buddy has a crush bent hotpipe on his RB25/S14 and not only does it looks nasty but it is not a very good flowing peice.

Thanks Sean. Much love! I need your addy again so I can send you a HKS flange. [email protected]

i used a SR hotpipe from enjuku and it works, the bends are too much, but it works.

if you're using a front mount, an SR hotpipe works... if you're on a sidemount, it doesn't.
