7 years ago today, our nation suffered one of the biggest tragedys in our history. I hope everyone will just take a moment out of there day to remember and pay their respects to the ones that where taken from us.This was a day we will never forget. I remember I was on my way to school when I heard the news on the radio. When I got to school, very few people where in the halls. Everyone had been gathering in our assembly area to watch the news. Two days later I started talking to a recruiter about joining the Army.

So try and remember where you where when you heard the news, and pray for the family members of those we lost.



And Yes this is one of my tattoos. It says Freedom Isn't Free and the Prisoners Of War Missing In Action is inside the smoke.

I remember when It happened, I was in math class and my teacher jokingly said:

That day I had to shave my mega beard because people were giving me weird looks

i was in senior year when this happened. that summer i enlisted. spent the one year anniversary in basic training.

I was stationed at the Pentagon, but not in the building that day. A coworker was down the hall watching the twin towers on TV then went outside for a smoke. Minutes later Flight 77 hit the Pentagon and killed 7 people in the office where he just came from.
