In dire need to install an aftermarket stereo system in my 2000 Infiniti I30....

Are there any car stereo mounting kits out for the 2000 I30? I called Crutchfield to place my order but was told that that the head unit would require a custom install and/or I would have to fabricate it myself (no mounting kit). I got the same answers from a couple of install places in town (bummer). I prefer to do the install myself if possible and save some money. Any ideas or answers (mounting kits)? P.S. I'm also looking into replacing all of the speakers (including tweeters on upper panel) as well as the 8" sub with a 10" or 12" sub in the trunk and a seperate amp. Is there anything I need to look out for on the speakers/sub/amp???
