Currently have a 04 g35 and I was wondering if anyone knew if any aftermarket in dash navigations that would fit inside my car i was looking at this one right here and I was hoping someone could tell me if it would fit correctly inside my car without messing anything up

The first and last one will, but you have to buy a double DIN finisher and new climate controls. The JDM version is currently unavailable for whatever reason here in the US, it used to be. So your other option is a kit from Turbo something or other, you can find them on eBay, but their buttons for climate controls are rubber.
