in dash monitor question

for all you guys that replaced your radio with an in-dash monitor or a carpc/carputer, do the controls on your steering wheel still operate the radio?

or is the touch screen monitor the only way to interface with the radio?

i wasnt sure how that worked out and i couldnt find the answer anywhere. thanks

I have the PAC SW unit, installed properly without issues for almost two years now. Works fine for me. The 2nd unit looks better though for sure.
