in dash dvd player with stock navigation

might be a dumb question but is it possible to have a in dash dvd player with stock navigation i was thinking about putting it where the cd changer was and keep the stock navigation in place since u cant watch dvd's on this. anyone know if it is possible? (was going to put the one with a 3 inch screen nothing big)

Look at Doc's setup. He has a DVD screen there. You may want to email him on how he wired this up.
