'06 Pathfinder. The 3rd position CD is stuck in the player. Any suggestions on getting it out?

The only thing I can think of is to place it in self-diagnosis mode (see page AV-32 of the factory service manual) to see if it will spit out a useful result which can then be diagnosed.
