the S14 SE variable intermittent wiper switch does NOT plug right in to a base model car. the harness is the same but it's missing two wires. it works just like the old fixed intermittent switch.

as soon as i figure out how to wire it up right (working on it now), i'll let you know.

ok, there is different wiring to the wiper amplifier, i'm not sure if that part is different or not, i can't find it.
