well i might be getting my 240sx finally tommorow but here is the thing its an automatic. now i want a 5 spd manual but somone is buying the car for me which is cheap (90 240sx fastback for $1100). my question is how much would an auto to 5 speed conversion cost and is it worth it?

If your raceing the car it's worth it. I think it's in most of the rule books as being nessasary. But if it's just a daily driver then it's just fun to have one not worth it though IMO.
