Well, they finally have arrived. I ordered the Impul trunk lip spoiler and the Gialla grille. I still need to have them painted and installed which I should have done by the end of August.

I would love to have the Infiniti emblem in the center of the grille, I have some ideas on how to do it but I haven't quite figured out the best way yet.

Any ideas?

I would see how it looks BEHIND the grille.. that may look kinda stealthy.....

I like the Gialla grille - hence why I just got the silviaparts' Gialla grille replica :-D I'm workin on the spoiler though. Pity you are in Indy Rydwhyte, it would be cool to mod at the same time. Post pics when you paint and install. Any idea of how much its going to cost to paint the grille?

I was lucky enough to be part of a group buy elsewhere on the web for the Gialla grille and got it a bit cheaper. I am going to try and get some quotes for the paintwork tomorrow.

I still haven't figured out exactly what I want to do with the emblem. I have seen the emblem on the Ken Style grille and it looks like it just kind of floats there. Very nice. I would kind of like to have that same effect with the Gialla, but I may just recess it and see how that looks.

I will deffinetly have both painted and installed before I head down to Atlanta for the big meet in September.

For attaching the emblem, I have an adea if you can find one that attaches to the car using prongs. I'm not sure if the one on the rear of our cars do or not, or any other previous Infiniti's for that matter. If you do locate one, simply drill holes in the flat strip behind the mesh and use some clips to secure the prongs behind the grill. The stipulation is you have to find an emblem that secures using prongs. =\

Got the Mt. Fuji from Greg over the weekend and have it painted and installed. It is a very nice touch. I will post up a pic tomorrow.
