improving 2007 turning radius

Has anyone found a way to improve the turning radius on the 2007 Maxima?

Turning radius is a combo of the length of the wheelbase(center of front to center of rear tires) and the degree of wheel cut(how sharp the front tires will turn). Not sure how you can change either of these.

Now if the Max was rear-wheel drive you could cut it loose and swing your back end around!! Um, not gonna happen...
