Wow, I have to say!!! I am very impressed with the Infiniti of Alexandria, VA service dept and Infiniti overall. So far, I have been able to put my Cadillac nightmares in the archives and move on. I dropped off my M35 near closing time (scheduled ahead, of course) one night, and had my car back by the time I got off of work the next day. They sent my seat off to get it re-upholstered (due to some premature 3-month-old wrinkles in the leather) and also replaced the driver's seatbelt (had problems buckling it sporadically). I actually can't wait to get the survey...10+++++ all the way.

Believe it or not, there was one downside to the whole experience: being put in a G35 loaner sedan (sorry, but it felt like I was driving a Sentra w/leather or something) - that kinda sounds bad, doesn't it? But I missed my M!

Yeah, the Infiniti dealerships I have been to do a very good job with their customers. Glad you have enjoyed your experiences with the service dept thus far.

Glad to hear it went well. Most Infiniti dealerships have this level of service and support (there are a few bad apples, though, unfortunately).

Good Stuff!

Important to learn how to deal with any dealership. How to develop friends [service manager] and standout from the average idiot owner..........all they see are problems .........no body stops by just to say HI.

Take your service manager to lunch or buy him a bottle before you need something extra special out of the ordinary.........he controls a free use pool of factory repair money who he allociates it to is up to him....There is NEVER enough to go around so make sure you get your UNFAIR SHARE.

Spend your oil change service money at the dealership so he can say to his boss you are a loyal spending customer and deserve the extra mile!

This works no matter what the brand.........the cheaper the car the harder it gets.

Also buying a lot of cars from a given dealer helps. I get great service from Frontier Infiniti in San Jose. Been a customer of theirs since March of 1991 (when I ought my first of three cars from them.)

I have been working with the same Service Manager for the past 7 or 8 years now.
